- In Nevada, your right to vote is automatically restored if you are convicted of a nonviolent felony and after you have completed your sentence. If you were convicted of a violent felony or this is your second-time being convicted of a felony (whether violent or nonviolent) are not automatically re-enfranchised. Those individuals must seek restoration of their voting abilities in the court in which they were convicted.
